As one of Unilever’s most loved and recognized global brands, it was a delight to reinforce and refine the physical expression of this sensuous, luxurious and reassuringly adult ice cream. Mouths literally watered and pupils dilated when we were commissioned to develop the retail design for Magnum Pleasure Store.
The ‘Experience’ was key – Our prime focus was to define and hone the creatively decadent experience of designing your own Magnum. In response, we created a stage to present this interactive theatre with maximum impact. Dressing this key focal point with a sense of luxurious decadence, through the considered application of material pallets and fine detailing.
We created space and opportunity for consumers to; film, photograph, enjoy and share this experience. In order to maintain this smooth consumer flow, we developed effective tools that clearly communicated the experience to consumers and enabled them to quickly and easily navigate the available options.
To provide solutions for the complete customer journey, our focus was not confined only to ‘in-store’ developments. In combination with retail strategies that fused digital and in-store interactivity, we also developed multi-channel external campaigns to increase customer awareness and footfall.
