Nestled in the heart of Berlin Mitte, this exclusive 800 m² loft development encapsulates modern luxury living. Bridging the gap between structural architects and the developer, Wubuki defined the initial space planning and developed interior design concepts to support project development. The design creates a series of open yet intimate environments, maximizing natural light and fluidity to deliver a refined and contemporary living experience.

The undulating gabled roof is not just a striking architectural feature but also serves to frame breathtaking panoramic views of Berlin’s skyline. Multiple terraces extend the living experience outdoors, blurring the lines between interior and exterior environments, and fostering a tranquil yet dynamic atmosphere for contemporary urban living.
